Export everything as one file to move it to another account. Delete bad documents from the Documents tab.
Skipped files
Files that were read and held no quote or invoice lines (payment confirmations, cover sheets) are remembered so a re-upload does not read them again. Clear this list if you want those files read again.
Demo data
Any document marked as demo shows a red DEMO DATA label wherever it appears. Mark one from the Documents tab. This removes every document marked as demo, along with its stored file.
